Apple Shortbread Bar

Apple Shortbread Bar

Initially, I was skeptical about this recipe. But to my surprise, it came out good and became one of my favorite desserts.

You might ask what I love about this shortbread bar? Well, it has the right amount of sweetness not too overwhelming, blends all of its ingredients perfectly well and insanely delicious.

Lets Bake

  • Now we have to make layers using apple filling and topping on the baked base.

  • First, spread a portion of prepared apple filling evenly on top of the baked base to form the first layer. [PIC 8]

  • Now sprinkle the prepared topping to create a second layer. [PIC 9]

  • Repeat the process with apple filling and topping to form third and fourth layers.

  • Bake at 350°F for 25-30 mins.

  • After baking, allow it to cool down and refrigerate it for 2 hours.

  • Finally, cut them into bite-sized bars.

Treat your taste buds with this buttery deliciousness. Enjoy!

  • You can adjust the sweetness by reducing the amount of brown sugar used to create the topping.
