Fried Coriander Chicken Drumsticks

Its one of the easiest and simplest chicken dish you can make.

Well, It’s not an exaggeration, This recipe is so easy to prepare that we can describe the process in just three words.

Grind, Marinate, and Fry.


What do you need to make 6-8 chapati

  • 3 chicken drumstick

  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves

  • 2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp pepper seeds

  • 2 tbsp soya sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 5-6 garlice cloves

  • 2 dried red chilies

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for deep fry

  • Rice flour for coating

Lets Cook

  • Clean the chicken and make 2,3 cuts in between the flesh.

  • Grind everything coarsely under ingredients list except rice flour to make the marinade.

  • Apply the marinade evenly on the drumsticks and refrigerate for at least an hour.

  • Coat the drumsticks with rice flour and deep fry it.

  • Remember to turn it over to fry both sides.
