What do you need for 2 Servings
4 boiled Eggs
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chili
A pinch of turmeric
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp of oil
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
Few curry leaves
Cut the boiled eggs in half. Add little oil in a pan then shallow fry with a pinch of turmeric and salt for a minute, keep it aside.
Set the stove on medium flame, Add 2 tsp of oil in a Kadai along with fennel seeds and curry leaves. Saute it for a minute and then add finely chopped onion, Fry it for 2-3 mins. [PIC 1]
When onion turns brown add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chili, cook for 2 mins.
Now add chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, grounded pepper with little salt. Give it a quick stir and add little water so it doesn't get burned. [PIC 2]
Put chopped tomato to the mixture, Let it cook for 3 mins and then add a half cup of water. Close the lid. [PIC 3]
After 5 mins add boiled eggs and cover the lid. In low flame cook for 3 minutes. Finally, add some coriander leaves for garnishing.
