Pan Fried Fish

Pan Fried Fish

Fish tastes great but frying it with spices takes it to a whole new level.


What do you need

  • 8 slices of fish

  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste

  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder

  • 3/4 tbsp Coriander powder

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tsp of lemon juice

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • Oil for frying

Let’s Cook

  • Add Red chill/Coriander/Turmeric/Cumin powders with ginger garlic paste.

  • Now add lemon juice with water to the above mixture and prepare it like a paste.

  • Marinate the fish with prepared paste. Let it get marinated for an hour.

  • In a hot tawa, place 3 to 4 pieces of marinated fish and pour 2-3 tsp of oil, Cover the tawa with a lid and cook it for 5 mins on both sides. Add oil if necessary when you flip the fishes.

  • Repeat the same for remaining fishes.

  • Serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedges.
