Pan Fried Fish
Fish tastes great but frying it with spices takes it to a whole new level.
What do you need
8 slices of fish
1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
3/4 tbsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp of lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
Oil for frying
Add Red chill/Coriander/Turmeric/Cumin powders with ginger garlic paste.
Now add lemon juice with water to the above mixture and prepare it like a paste.
Marinate the fish with prepared paste. Let it get marinated for an hour.
In a hot tawa, place 3 to 4 pieces of marinated fish and pour 2-3 tsp of oil, Cover the tawa with a lid and cook it for 5 mins on both sides. Add oil if necessary when you flip the fishes.
Repeat the same for remaining fishes.
Serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedges.
