All you need is vermicelli, condensed milk and some cashews to make this delightful dessert.
What do you need for 3 Servings
100 gms of vermicelli/semiya
300 ml of full cream milk
100 ml sweetened condensed milk
100 ml water
1 tbsp ghee
cashew and raisins few
Add 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan and fry cashew and raisins till golden brown. keep it aside.
Fry vermicelli till light brown (skip this step if you using roasted one) in the same pan and keep it aside.
Add milk and water together let it to boil then add vermicelli and cook 3/4th
Now add condensed milk and mix well then add crushed cardamom powder.
Finally add fried cashew and raisins.
