Vermicelli Kheer

Vermicelli Kheer

All you need is vermicelli, condensed milk and some cashews to make this delightful dessert.


What do you need for 3 Servings

  • 100 gms of vermicelli/semiya

  • 300 ml of full cream milk

  • 100 ml sweetened condensed milk

  • 100 ml water

For Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp ghee

  • cashew and raisins few

  • 4 cardamom

Lets Cook

  • Add 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan and fry cashew and raisins till golden brown. keep it aside.

  • Fry vermicelli till light brown (skip this step if you using roasted one) in the same pan and keep it aside.

  • Add milk and water together let it to boil then add vermicelli and cook 3/4th

  • Now add condensed milk and mix well then add crushed cardamom powder.

  • Finally add fried cashew and raisins.
